Tracking plan
We agree the full list of events, parameters and conversions with the client team. One Notion document for everything.
Implementation
We implement it in GTM (client + server). The standard timeline is 2 weeks for a typical e-com / lead-gen site.
QA and launch
We test every event in GTM Preview and GA4 DebugView. After checks — we publish.
Reporting
We build a Looker Studio dashboard with key KPIs. We set up alerts for drops in traffic or conversions.
